COMMISSIONS TOS

- I retain the rights to all my works
- If I like the design, I may choose to do extra for free
- I have permission to share my commissions on all social
media platforms
- Credit the artist appropriately on any and ALL social media platforms
platform the client may wish to share the artwork to
- PERSONAL USE ONLY, may not be used to train AI, NFTs,
for personal gain
- For commercial use (streaming, promotional use, assets) +100%
- For commercial use (patreon, merch, physical and digital goods) +200%
- No refunds after the initial concept has been approved
- Maximum of TWO revisions
- Minor changes may be made during the creative process,
however additional fees may be incurred depending on complexity
- Commissions will take from 3-6 weeks, tight deadlines may
be negotiated at a price
- Payments must be made UPFRONT and 5% processing fee
- I own the commercial rights to all my commissions and may reproduce them for print, if you wish to purchase exclusive rights +350% of the original price will be added.
- Paying the invoice means you have accepted the terms and conditions of the commission.
